Data controller
The controller of personal data is AGI PROCESOR Mariusz Kasprzak, tax identification number 6492319442, business registry number 386567584, operating the service under the AGI PROCESOR brand.

02
Scope and purposes of processing
The service does not provide public user accounts, a contact form or a newsletter. If a user contacts the Controller by email, data contained in the message may be processed, in particular the email address, name and correspondence content.
The service uses first-party technical analytics to understand page views, link clicks, language versions, device type and basic referral information. Visitor recognition is based on a hashed identifier created from technical request data and a server-side salt; raw IP addresses are not displayed in the admin panel.
Data are used to operate and improve the service, measure interest in content and partner links, maintain security, answer enquiries, conduct correspondence, protect against claims and meet legal obligations.
03
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis for analytics, security and service improvement is the Controller’s legitimate interest in running and developing the website. The legal basis for correspondence is the Controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with users and protecting claims and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation or taking steps at a person’s request before entering into an agreement.
Analytics logs are kept only for as long as they are useful for understanding service activity and security. Correspondence data are retained for the time necessary to handle the matter and then for the period required by legal obligations or until the limitation period for potential claims expires.
04
Local storage and cookies
The service stores the interface-language choice locally in the browser. This information remains on the user’s device and is used solely to remember the language preference.
The public service does not use advertising or marketing cookies. The private administrator panel may set a strictly necessary session cookie after the owner logs in; this cookie is not used for public users.
05
Data recipients and external links
Only entities supporting the service may have access to data, in particular the hosting, email or technical-support provider, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Links to external websites, including investment-platform websites, lead to separate services. Data-processing rules on those websites are set by their independent controllers.
06
Your rights
A data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and, where applicable, data portability.
For personal-data matters, you may contact the Controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
