Service provider and scope
The service provider is AGI PROCESOR Mariusz Kasprzak, operating under the AGI PROCESOR brand, tax identification number 6492319442, business registry number 386567584, contact address Morsko, ul. Skarżycka 34, 42-421 Włodowice, Polska, email contact@procesor.com.
The service provides free educational materials about long-term investing, indices, ETFs, risk, the simulator and the history of an example portfolio. Using the service does not require creating an account.

Education, not advice
Content on the service is general and educational. It is not individual investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, investment intermediation or a guarantee of any result.
Users make investment decisions independently and at their own responsibility. Before deciding, they should assess their finances, commitments, goals, risk tolerance, taxes and investment horizon.

Technical requirements
Use of the service requires a device with Internet access, an up-to-date browser and JavaScript enabled. Some elements, including background videos and charts, may require adequate device performance and an Internet connection.

Acceptable use
Users may use the service for lawful purposes consistent with the intended use of the materials. It is prohibited to disrupt the service, bypass security, automatically download content at scale or use materials in a manner infringing the rights of the Service Provider or third parties.

Copyright and affiliate links
The layout, texts, graphics and other AGI PROCESOR materials are protected by law. Copying or further distribution beyond permitted use requires prior consent of the Service Provider.
The service may contain clearly marked affiliate links. An affiliate link does not change the price for the user unless information next to that link expressly states otherwise. External services operate under their own rules.
